Hi everyone!  As you can see, our stay at the beautiful Playa Azul in Cozumel was wonderful and idyllic.

 

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, and we relaxed and slept a lot.

 I am off to Montreal tomorrow and look forward to seeing old friends and family.

Meanwhile, I visited the Empress Hotel to see the collection of Christmas trees. Hope you enjoy.

I added a picture of me drinking cappucino at the Deacon House. It was one of the best coffees we had on the trip. Actually, coffee was pretty good throughout.

 

This cafe is in the Old Town section of Edinburgh, a mere two minutes away from the castle. Lovely atmosphere.

Travel can be challenging these days but the trip was worth it.

Hi to all!

 

 Getting ready to go to Whistler this weekend.  We hope to take the Gondola for the Barbecue Dinner at Sunset on top of the mountain. Whether we do or not, we will have hopefully plenty of photo opportunities and I will post asap upon our return.

 Another banner day!  It will be the only sunny day of the week apparently.  I am going to cycle and enjoy the day.  This is a picture I took on Sunday on Dallas Road, five minutes away from my house.

  Okay so the sunglasses are a false lead. It was actually grey, wet and a little cold for the season. All Easter weekend is suppose to be grey but that's Victoria for you.  However, Tuesday was sunny and hot and I spent the afternoon with my friend Carolyne at the gardens on the ground of the Lt General's mansion on Rockland.
